The special designed controller and the aluminum low mass well gives the unit quick responds when the set temperature is changed. Peltier elements are used to generate heat or cold in the well. The internal microprocessor change the controller parameters depending of the set point and temperature of the internal sensor are shown at the internal LCD display. Resolution is 0.1°C. Accuracy is ± 0.3°C and stability is ± 0.03°C. The unit is equipped with an RS-232 serial interface and can easily be connected to a PC and the SC200 software.
